Shipping is provided by FedEx at your chosen class of service.
In Alaska and Hawaii customers will incur extra shipping charges, and will be
notified via e-mail of said charges.

For your protection, we send our bigger items such as Anti-Icky-Poo and P-Bath via FedEx. Sorry FedEx will NOT ship to Post Office Boxes. So, please enter
a physical address for all deliveries. FedEx will either ship Home Delivery Service to your Residence
or Ground Service to your Business Address. Please feel free to specify special instructions under comments at time of order. However, we will not be liable for missing packages.
